ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT NETWORK :
This network is maintained by volunteers from SASKI ; and by previous financial donations from 1989 Jeux Canada Games Foundation Inc., United Commercial Travelers’, Rotary Club of Saskatoon North, Canadian Paralympic Committee, Sasksport, Cross Country Canada and Ronald McDonald Children's Charities of Canada. Equipment includes ski, poles or out riggers, sit skis for cross country or alpine and biathlon rifles (air or blind).
Users of the Network must be members of SASKI through Club membership, and must sign & date the informed consent or waiver. Schools, recreation centres and area operators with their own insurnace can also request equipment. The Para-Nordic Head Coach [PNHC] helps High Perforamance athletes to achieve their best. The PNHC helps CCS club coaches to develop effective training programs for athletes and clubs. PNHC helps athletes and club coaches at races and training camps. The current PNHC, Jeff Whiting, is an NCCP Level 4 coach, CCI -TTT, LF CCI-L2T, and Level 2 Official. In 2011, Jeff was awarded the SaskSport Male Coach Dedication award.

The Para-Skiing Dvelopment Coordinator [PDC] is responsible for coordinating and/or implementing activities that serve to create productive linkages between SASKI's Para-Nordic, Para-Alpine and Para-Snoboarding high performance system and athlete development system. The role of this positions is to facilitate recruitment, talent identification and coaching development.
The primary orientation of the position is identification and recruitment of new athletes, and towards improving the quality of athletes graduating from SASKI's development system and entering the "Training to Compete" TTC stage of athlete development.
